old-age: Flawless

A young reporter in present-day London arranges to meet Laura Quinn (Demi Moore), a retired woman who worked in the diamond business in the 1960s. Laura explains how her ambitions were fustrated by the a glass ceiling, as man after man was promoted ahead of her despite her greater experience and ability. Eventually, Laura became involved in a diamond robbery.
