Patricia Arquette played two characters in David Lynch’s Lost Highway – brunette Renee Madison and blonde Alice Wakefield – or then again maybe she didn’t: I mean maybe one of them wasn’t real (no that doesn’t make sense – it’s only a movie). My brain hurts: perhaps it will all seem clearer if I watch Mulholland Dr. – then again maybe it won’t.
