This Australian mini-series is set in a immigrants’ welcome camp in the middle of nowhere in Australia and follows the lives of the administrators and immigrants or inmates.

Bianca (Cate Blanchett) was an Italian albino described on IMDb as ‘eery, creepy and ephemeral’. This was an early minor role for Cate, appearing in only a few episodes, but her subsequent fame has resulted in her promotion to apparent starring status on the DVD cover.
