In the episode ‘Back and Back and Back to the Future’ the crew of Moya rescue an elderly Ilanic (distantly related to, and long-time blood allies of, the Luxans) scientist and his female assistant Matala (Lisa Hensley) from a disintegrating spaceship. But not everything, or everyone, is as they seem: Matala it turns out is a genetically disguised Scorvian (though we never see her as a Scorvian or indeed any other Scorvians before or since).
Matala’s makeup is a typical Farscape mix of prosthetics, interesting paintwork and vividly coloured contact lenses.
