Hallucinations, dreams, time displacement, genetic mutation, genetic disguises, alternative realities, body swaps, merged characters – Farscape has used each of these plot devices to create an ‘Unrealized Reality’ where one or more of the main characters was radically transformed. Season 4 was especially fruitful.
As the female member of the crew who normally wore the least makeup it was probably only fair that it was Claudia Black who most frequently got transformed.
