In the episode ‘Borderland’ the Enterprise was attacked by two Orion interceptors and nine of Enterprise’s crewmembers, including T’Pol, were abducted and taken to Verex III where they were to auctioned off as slaves. Archer attended the auction on a rescue mission and saw an Orion woman (Bobbi Sue Luther) being auctioned – she was unnamed in the credits but the Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives her name as Neras.
Michael Westmore wanted both a more natural skin appearance and a different colour from that used on the original series – which was turquoise rather than green – and the makeup department eventually settled on airbrushing Reel Creations Avocado Temporary Body Ink.
