T’Les (Joanna Cassidy) was an instructor at the Vulcan Science Academy in the early 22nd century: she was the mother of T’Pol (an awkward meeting for Trip) . T’Les later joined the Syrrannites and was vulnerable to arrest after they supposedly destroyed Earth’s embassy. She died in her daughter’s arms when the Vulcan High Command bombarded the Syrranites’ compound.
