It took a mixture of makeup, CGI effects and blue-screen work to bring Tinkerbell (Ludivine Sagnier) to life in the latest adaptation of Peter Pan. No one who saw Ludivine’s performance in 8 Femmes could have doubted that she would be a natural for Tinkerbell.
Nikki Gooley was hair and makeup designer for the movie; Jason Baird of JMB FX Studio ‘designed all the fairy prosthetics for Peter Pan . . . including Tinkerbell’s ears’; Weta Workshop are credited for Mermaid prosthetics.
