According to the BBC: ‘Tittybangbang is crammed full of colourful creations who offer an entirely alternative comedy take on the fairer sex’. As with most of these shows sometimes it works and sometimes it falls flat – but the makeups are consistently great.
Amongst the bizarre, manic, grotesque character creations is Don Pearson (Lucy Montgomery), a balding, frustrated, middle-aged bachelor.
Lucy Montgomery was a bit bemused about her transformation and the prosthetic makeup:
. . . it was bizarre to be a man! . . . The first few times the prosthetics were fascinating but after a while you just think oh no, here we go again. But you get such a great reaction when people see you, it’s so worthwhile.
Vanessa White is the makeup designer and Neill Gorton’s Millennium FX were responsible for the prosthetics.
