After and attempt on an ambassador’s life, Lee and Carter head for Paris seeking to find out who was responsible. Along the way they meet a strange cab driver, who wants to become part of the team, and Genevieve (Noémie Lenoir), who may have connections with the Triads. It turns out that Genevieve is the secret message that unlocks the mystery: the triad message is tattooed on her scalp hidden under a wig.
