In the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode ‘Nightmares’, a comatose boy in the hospital begins making everyone’s nightmares come true and Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) must help the boy confront his fear before reality falls apart. But Buffy is having her own nightmares about her parents’ divorce and about neing buried alive; ultimately she suffers a Slayer’s very worst nightmare – becoming a vampire herself.
