Dracula: Dead And Loving It: This was one of Leslie Neilsen’s and Mel Brooks’ misfires with Lysette Anthony as Lucy Westenra. Todd McIntosh was makeup department head with Mark Alfrey and Everett Burrell as special makeup effects artists; Carol Schwartz was makeup artist.
Bram Stoker’s Dracula: Sadie Frost played Lucy Westenra (I guess they gave her red hair so we wouldn’t confuse her with Winona Ryder); Lucy’s vampiric look was very much simpler that that for Gary Oldman as Dracula. Bill Corso informs me that it was Carol Schwartz who applied Sadie’s makeup. Michèle Burke was the makeup designer and head makeup artist with Greg Cannom responsible for special makeup effects: they were supported by a whole crew of talented makeup artists including Matthew Mungle; Steve Prouty, Mike Measimer and Rick Stratton.
