The 31st Hong Kong Film Awards
Each year Hong Kong Film Awards Association announces the winners for the Hong Hong Film Awards to promote Hong Kong films locally and abroad, recognise outstanding achievements, encourage professional development and promote film culture.
The makeup award is for Costume & Makeup Design so many of the winners are likely to be costume or production designers rather than makeup artists.
The winners of the 31st annual Hong Kong Film Awards (HKFA) were announced on 15 April 2012.
