Elizabeth was a minor (but important) character in the movie Shakespeare in Love and was played with a twinkle in her eye by Judi Dench.
But even for a cameo role she was required to undergo an extensive makeup job as seen above. Lisa Westcott was the film’s hair and makeup designer and Veronica Brebner was senior hair and makeup artist.
